BESCHREIBUNG
The stone house Fetiva, located in the hamlet of Makar-Piraci, Croatia above the town of Makarska in a quiet setting. House is completely renovated.
The house has two floors. On the first floor there are the spacious living room with kitchen and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with double bed, the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The tavern is on the ground floor and typicaly for Dalmatia there is a wine cellar. You will also fin a table soccer in here.
In the house there is internet, TV / SAT, air conditioning. A terrace with a barbecue area is behind the house. In front of the house is a terrace with sea view.
The town of Makarska it is just 8 minutes away.

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche in diesem Haus. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir wirklich traurig waren von dort wegzufahren . Ausstattung ist super! Spülmaschine , Waschmaschine alles da was man braucht wenn man einen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus macht. Ganz tolle Aussicht auf das Meer . Das Vermieter Ehepaar war sehr sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar ... Also wirklich ein Traumurlaub !!! Sehr zu empfehlen ...
Das schöne Haus liegt direkt am Fuße des Biokovo Gebirges mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und restauriert. Viele leibliche Details und Orginaltreue zeichnen das haus aus. der Whirlpool im freien bei Sternenhimmel ist unbeschreiblich. Die Hausbesitzer sind extrem Gastfreundlich. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen bestimmt wieder
