Completely renovated traditional dalmatian stone house located above Tučepi on Makarska Riviera has everything you might need for a splendid vacation- charming interior, modern equipment, pool, sunbeds and an amazing view... JUST WOW!
This charming holiday home is located in an old village above the town of Tučepi on Makarska Riviera. Such location offers you great views, peace and quiet, fresh air and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the centre.
This village is just a few minutes drive fromTučepi. The area is known for many old stone houses dating from last century, some even older. Most of those houses are now renovated, and rented out during the summer.
The nature, views, olive groves, mountain and sea view and peace make this location a perfect holiday destination for those who wish to relax and get away from the crowd and everyday stress.
The house consists of 3 floors which are accessible with an interior staircase.
On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and the living room. The whole space is really lovely decorated with great attention to details and tradition combined with modern interior design trends. In the kitchen you'll find all the appliances and dishes you might need- fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, plates, pots, glasses, etc.
On the first floor you'll find one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV and a bathroom.
The other bedroom, also with double bed, TV and wardrobe, is on the second floor as well as one more bathroom.
In front of the house is the pool (4m x 6m) with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, as well as the bbq.
Parking space is secured near the house.
