Eine Ferienhaus mit Pool unweit vom Strand an der Makarska Riviera. Das neu renoviertes Steinhaus Kostela in Zaostrog verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das schicke Wohnzimmer mit einen Sofa, auch als Zusatzbett verwendbar für 1 Kind oder eine Erwachsene Person, eine offene Küche, das Esszimmer und Kamin, ein Gäste WC.
Von hieraus kommt man auf die Terrasse mit beheiztem Pool ( 7.00 x 4.00 m, 1.65m Tiefe) und Grillstelle. Am Pool mit Meerblick und Außendusche, stehen Ihnen die Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung um die vielen Sonnenstunden zu genießen. Eine Außenküche mit Grillstelle befindet sich auch am Pool. Die großen Zürgelbäume am Haus, manche über 200 Jahren alt, spenden sehr viel natürlichen Schatten im Sommermonaten. Das Ferienhaus ist ideale Wahl für alle Anspruchsvolle Urlauber

Wer in diesem Haus seinen Urlaub verbringen kann, der hat es wirklich wunderbar angetroffen. Einsam gelegen, in bestem Zustand mit herrlichem Blick ist das ein echter Zufluchtsort vom Alltagsstress. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen - und Gastgeber Josip war eine zusätzliche Bereicherung!
Amazing views, pool and gardens were lovely, the house is very well done, modern with everything you need but maintaining it's traditional heritage. It fits the landscape. Josep and his family could not have been better hosts from meeting us at the entrance to the town to ensuring we were well looked after. They have a fantastic restaurant down by the beach in town. We had a great time and would have no hesitations in recommending this property. We are already looking at when we can come back.
We had a wonderful time. The villa is beautifully restored and the views of the sea, islands and mountains are spectacular.
This is a lovely property with a rustic feel and with all mod cons. Josip is more than welcoming - guiding you to the door. Zaostrog is well situated to explore the Makarska Riviera and Islands of Croatia. The family restaurant in Zaostrog is lovely and worth more than one visit! The outdoor area is perfect and the fig trees bountiful. We had a wonderful two weeks here during a heat wave!
